Since each piece is uniquely personalized, our standard production time is 5-7 business days. During peak holiday seasons, this may extend to 10-12 business days.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because custom embroidered items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the garment is defective or there was an error on our part.
What type of thread and garments do you use?
We use high-sheen, durable polyester threads and premium organic cotton blends to ensure your embroidery remains vibrant and the fabric stays soft after multiple washes.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Namesake Embroidery Studio ships worldwide. International delivery times vary by location but typically take between 10-21 business days.
Can I provide my own design for embroidery?
Absolutely! We offer a 'Custom Digitizing' service where we can turn your unique logo or artwork into a stitch-ready file for your garments.
How should I care for my embroidered apparel?
To preserve the stitching, we recommend washing your items inside out on a cold, gentle cycle and hanging them to dry. Avoid ironing directly onto the embroidery.
