At Namesake Embroidery Studio, we take pride in our craftsmanship; however, due to the custom nature of personalized embroidery, we only accept returns on non-customized items or defective merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Contact our support team with your order number and photos if the item is damaged or incorrectly embroidered.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed, unworn item in its original packaging with all Namesake Studio tags still attached.
Ship to Studio
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
